The Dodge Shadow is a classic two part top. We have the most thorough installation instructions available for installing this top. It's a profusely illustrated manual, bound for easy shop use. It is much better and more focused than any video/dvd and much more detailed and helpful than the original shop manual.

We go through the stripping off of the old top, the removal and replacement of the top's padding (webbing) and the installation of the new top, hold down cables, etc.

We have assisted do-it-yourself installers since 1975 with our convertible top packages. While the process may intimidate an occasional customer, we have found that handy teenagers, grandmothers, and even male engineers (!) have usually done nice installation themselves.

You will need to rent or borrow an air driven staple gun and use our staple and glue (contact cement) kit. There is no sewing. A sample page from the manual is shown.
