Convertible Top Fabrics: Most Alfas originally had black tops in a cotton rayon fabric that is now obsolete. We offer Alfa Romeo tops in Haartz Stayfast Canvas and in Haartz Pinpoint Vinyl. Haartz Pinpoint Vinyl is a classic topping used as original fabric in many dealer tops. It is a two layer top with excellent physical properties and allows somewhat easier installation than canvas tops. Haartz Stayfast Canvas is a three layer topping with a butyl rubber core giving it greater wear rating than the two layer vinyl. It has a rich looking canvas surface.
