Sunbeam Series II
The Sunbeam Series II or Mark II was manufactured between 1960 and 1963 though convertible Sunbeam Series II cars were model years 1961 to 1963. These Sunbeam convertible tops were one piece vinyl tops and our factory utilizes original Sunbeam convertible top patterns in manufacturing reproduction soft tops that are fine copies of the original Sunbeam convertible top. There is some owner confusion with 1963 Sunbeam convertible identification which is easy to resolve. The Mark II (Series II) Sunbeam convertibles have side flaps over the doors and no side hold down cables.Sunbeam Series III and IV (Mark III and IV)
The Sunbeam convertible was modified in 1963. Late 1963 through 1965 Sunbeam Series III and IV have the same convertible soft top. These Sunbeam convertibles utilize side hold down cables unlike the earlier Sunbeam convertibles.Sunbeam Alpine Series V (Mark V) Convertibles
In 1965 the model and its convertible top was changed. Designated Mark V the popular name is Sunbeam Alpine. Sunbeam Alpines begin in 1966 and include Sunbeam Alpine convertibles through 1968.Sunbeam Rapier
